The Consul's letter has a 2 inch diameter red seal with a red ribbon tying it to the Bishop's letter. The attached letter of Bishop Baseleos, President of the Ecclesiastical Court of the Greek-Orthodox Patriarchate at Jerusalem, is one full page of Turkish (?) script signed by him with two of his seals attached. Content of the letter is not known. There are some fold lines on both letters but overall VG condition. (a76286)

The attached letter of Bishop Baseleos, President of the Ecclesiastical Court of the Greek-Orthodox Patriarchate at Jerusalem, is one full page of Turkish (?) script signed by him with two of his seals attached.
