The program is for the Erst Stiftungsfest der Section New York des Internationalen Verbandes der Koche. Dinner was held at the Lexington Opera House Terrace Garden in New York City, November 1906. In German. Sm.4to., 4pp., original printed green wraps. Each of the original photographs is a 6x8 inch group photo of 2 dozen German chefs. The original photographs are mounted on stiff cardboard with titles printed below: The first photo is Zweite Generalversammlung der Sektion New-York des Internationalen Verbandes der Koche 1907; and the second photo is the same for Dritte Generalversammlung der Sektion New York Des Internationalen Verbandes Der Koche 14. Oktober 1908. Photos are in Near Fine condition, the boards are worn and stained. The dinner program for 1906 is splitting at spine and rear cover has long closed tear; minor chipping to edges of cover. Program text is VG. 3 items: (a214)
