Magrum, C. Thomas . TWO ORIGINAL TYPED LETTERS SIGNED BY C. THOMAS MAGRUM, MAGICIAN AND CARBON COPY OF LETTER FROM JAMES B POND, JR, IN REPLY
(1) Single sheet, 8 x11 inches, with printed letterhead : "C. Thomas Magrum...Rock Island, Illinois" plus tinted photo portrait of himself and of 4 rabbits jumping out of a hat. Letter dated April 30th, 1955 and addressed to Dear Bim (James B. Pond, Jr.) Typed on both sides of paper and signed by Magrum with his initials. Lots of detailed information about himself and mutual friends. Good, a few pen and pencil notes in margin. Comes with an unsigned carbon copy of letter Mr. Pond wrote back to Mr. Magrum in reply. This letter is dated May 6, 1955. (2) Second typed letter from Magrum to Bim dated May 12th, 1955 on his printed letterhead Dense letter typed on both sides of sheet about himself and other magicians ("There is the bit of the Houdini in me you know!")
