Mounted on the front cover panel is one of the actual sheets of engrvaed copper used to make one of the 20 copperplate illustrations in the book. There are 3 consecutive printings of each of the 20 illustrations. All illustrations are on rectos only. The copperplates are playful and erotic and very finely drawn. **The book is one of the most beautiful books we've seen. Rene Kieffer was one of the world's great book binders. Fine, with only one very minor small rubbed spot on rear leather. No ownership marks. (a87218)
