Other signers are: Jerome B Storrs of Cincinnati, John M Warden of Edinburgh, J E Rockwell of Washington DC and Charles Currier Beale of Boston. Facsimile booklet of "Stenography; or the art of short hand perfected" bound in nice marbled paper is laid in vol 2. (booklet is in Fine condition.)
