These plates also appear to be handcolored and are on rectos only and each with tissue guard. ***Inscribed briefly by Edna Woolman Chase and signed by Lepape in 1930. Internally book is Near Fine, plates are Fine, bright and stunning. There is the faintest possible amount of foxing on margins of a few pages. Book cover is VG with some light wear, leather on spine is a bit dry and beginning to crack in a few places. Spine lettering beginning to chip away. Impressive book. RARE. (a83476)
